Bypass Online Account Creation During W11 Installation

The following is how you can bypass the requirement to create an online account during the installation of Windows 11, allowing you to create a local administrator account

1. Start the installation until you get to the Connect a Network screen
2. Press >code>Shift and F10 to open a command prompt window
3. In the CMD window, type the following, and then hit enter

start ms-chx:localonly

Once you create your login credentials and hit next, the computer will restart and continue the installation with a local account.
