APX ViQi Voice Commands
The following list is for ViQi, Motorola's voice assistant on APX and MotoTRBO radios. At the time of this publishing, only some radios support it. You'll notice there are some redundant commands, however, I've broken the list down according to their documentation, and left the redundancy intact for some unknown reason. Enjoy.

For data linking (APX NEXT), such as running plates and queries, the system needs additional stuff, which is well beyond the scope of this article. However, the following voice commands will work without that backend support, which is local to your device.
Zone & Channel Change Commands, Combined
The response to the commands below will be either “<zone name>, <channel name>” rr: “Already on <zone name>, <channel name>”

Zone & Channel Change Commands, Singular
The following commands allow you to switch either the zone or channel, whereas the ones above allow you to specify both one and channel.
The response for channel changes will be either “<channel name>” or “Already on <channel name>”
The response or zone changes will be either “<zone name>, <channel name>” or “Already on <zone name>”

The following commands allow you to ask the device what zone or channel you are on.

The response will be HH:MM if the time is set to 24hour, or HH:MM am/pm if set to standard. The response follows the radio's time setting

Scan Commands
The start response will be either “Scanning” or “Already scanning” and the stop response will be either “Scan stopped. <zone name>, <channel name>” or “Scan already stopped.”

Cancel Commands
You can cancel the previously issued command, within 5 seconds of the command by saying "Cancel" and the response will be either “Returning to <previous state>” or “Cancel time expired”
