Don't just dump an entire archive into the maps folder - move them over one at a time and try it, many maps will conflict with each other, causing your ish to crash! There are a lot that simply won't work or will cause problems, don't be a dumb ass
Other Notes
- The AppData folder may be hidden, so make sure you adjust your explorer's settings to show hidden files
- The above directories are where mine are located, I'm using W11, 64b and my CNC games are installed from Steam, YMMV
- The link above is to the maps I have downloaded and used. As I go thru them and they don't run, I delete them, Google for other installations there are literally thousands online to try out
- If you installed CNC from Steam, you also got the world builder (for those iterations that had one) - Try it out, it's a lot of fun to make your own!
